HON 201 - Honors Integrative Thinking Seminar (“Vistas”)

Pre-Requisite(s): HON 125 and Sophomore Standing.
This weekly Honors seminar provides a platform for students to practice integrative thinking appropriate to each individual student’s major or field of interest. Students will select a topic and, with the guidance of their professor and in collaboration with their classmates, craft an interdisciplinary research project that includes research from the perspective of multiple academic disciplines. Doing so will allow students to develop a wider-range of perspective, enabling them to draw points of interconnection across academic areas. The seminar will culminate in students’ participation in a mock academic conference. Pass/Fail grading.
