CJ 316 - Business Law II Semester Hour(s): 3 Pre-Requisite(s): CJ 315 or permission of instructor A continuation of the study of legal principles as they affect business. Topics include real and personal property, secured transactions, commercial paper, forms of business organization, bankruptcy, securities regulation, antitrust and government regulation including environmental, consumer and employment law. This course is recommended for students planning to take the CPA examination.
