This lab provides essential experiential teaching instruction in the physical and psychological methods and theory of teaching riding. Curriculum closely follows the standards and best practices set out by the Professional Association of Therapeutic Horsemanship International (PATH Intl.). Students will practices writing lesson plans, setting up riding activities, and teaching their peers as well as teaching community riders who fit the criteria for therapeutic riding under instruction of a PATH Intl. Certified Therapeutic Riding Instructor.
