DN 320 - Pilates II: Balance, Strength and Shape Semester Hour(s): 2 Semester(s) Offered: Fall and Spring Pre-Requisite(s): DN 220 or PE 220 Study the fundamentals of Pilates mat work at the intermediate level. Emphasis is on strengthening the core muscles, increase body awareness and muscle tone, flexibility and coordination. May be taken twice for academic credit. Cross-listed as PE 320 .
