DN 200 - Body Wellness Semester Hour(s): 2 Semester(s) Offered: Fall This course involves guided explorations in movement fundamentals, relaxation techniques, exercises to increase strength, flexibility, ease of motion and dynamic alignment. The class consists of discussions on wellness, such as nutrition and stress reduction. Students participate in warm-up, aerobic workout and cool down through stretching. No dance experience is required.
