Semester Hour(s): 3 The Death Penalty in America is a course designed to introduce students to the legal, psychological and practical aspects of the death penalty. Emphasis will be placed on the landmark Supreme Court Cases and the role that mental health experts play in death penalty litigation. There will be ample opportunity for discussion and debate.
