Core Course Employing the tools and techniques of strategic management, this course draws on all previous coursework in an integrative way. Through case studies and application projects, students focus on the development and implementation of strategy for an entire enterprise giving special consideration to the marketing, financial and organizational issues confronting executive-level management.
