MBA 522 - Data Communications, Computer Networks, and Security

Elective This course introduces data communications and networking concepts including network architecture and routing protocols (TCP/IP). Wired and wireless network concepts will be covered. Information security concepts relative to information systems and networks will beintroduced, including wireless and applications security, access control, and cryptography, intrusion detection, and prevention. A semester-long project will be part of this course.
