HU 110 - First-Year Experience: Introducing the Pathway to Empowerment

This course is required for all first-time freshman and may not be dropped. A course designed to engage students in a successful first-year experience an introduction to the Pathway to Empowerment (P2E): self-discovery, developing strong personal attributes, creative problem solving, and balancing personal and professional goals with the needs of others. Students will attend common lectures focused on the P2E pillars, apply critical thinking to discern the impact of various topics on their academic and personal development, and create posters that express their unique interests, characteristics, and goals.
